Each sub-account must have a valid payment method on file at all times. If a payment method is removed, updated, or a payment fails due to insufficient funds, the account may be temporarily paused until the issue is resolved and the payment is verified. To cover phone fees, a minimum balance of $25 must be maintained for each sub-account. If the balance falls below this threshold, services may be temporarily suspended. To prevent interruptions, accounts will automatically be billed $10 whenever the balance drops below $25. Additionally, a $25 initial charge will be applied upon the creation of a new sub-account to ensure seamless service.
